DAMAGED MY CREDIT! Salesman and general manager promised to pay the last 2 payments of my lease with Dodge if I got a new lease with them. Now my payments are 2 moths late and my credit score went down significantly. Have called numerous times to try to fix this issue and have been told it will be paid. Poor customer and vehicle service Charged $500 and problem not resolved. Returned after 5 miles of driving and was told a new problem must have surfaced. Tried to charge an additional Charged $500 and problem not resolved. Returned after 5 miles of driving and was told a new problem must have surfaced. Tried to charge an additional $389 to try something else. I immefiatelt took vehicle to another location and multiple codes showing. It was either poor work pergormed or charged for parts and labor either not performed or not performed correctly. Service rep could care less that initial problem not addresd and said its the same as driving off the lot and getting a nail on the tire its not their problem. A $500 paid bill and same issue after driving 5 miles certainly isnt a nail in the tire. More

Unhappy I was passed along from one of their reps to another. They didn’t do all the work they said they where going to do to my car. I had to go to another tire place since that was one of the issues I went to Toyota in the first place. They didn’t do anything for my tire that had a big screw popping out from one of my tires. even though I told them that there was a nail or screw in the tire. Than they started to give me different prices for the tire and for the work. I just left and don’t know if I’ll ever go back there again. More
