This is the first and last dealer that service First of all a asked several days prior for a loaner vehicle if my car was gonna be there for awhile. This is the first and last dealer that service my car and use a loaner car to drop me off at a rental car place and I’m forced to pay out of my pocket for a car while they work on my car. I return the rental car and they bring me back to the dealer. You guys should explain what kind of crazy service you are doing when leaving your car and expecting a loaner car. And if you don’t have a loaner then pick up the bill the customer has paid to use your company. Or simply use more of the thousands of cars in your lots for more loaner. More

Went back on buyers agreement I was promised free oil changes for the life of the car when buying, and when I went the 5th time, they tried to charge me for it, against the agreeme I was promised free oil changes for the life of the car when buying, and when I went the 5th time, they tried to charge me for it, against the agreement. The salesman could see they did 4 for free, but could not find a reason not a contract to do this one for free. Needless to say, never coming back here again, if they decide they can just go back on a written agreement on a whim. Complete foolishness. More
