I had a few minor issues with my car and at some point they told me that if for some reason I am not happy with the purchase, I can bring the car back and they will cancel the transaction. I dealt with Rod Solis, he was very professional. Aaron from F&I helped me with the process. From sales I dealt with Ahmad Sharafeldin, he is a good salesperson and tries to help customers. I still drive a Camry I purchased from them two years ago. My suggestion is have an open conversation with your salesperson and ask questions comfortably. More
