Too long to be assisted I arrived at the dealership at 3:50pm for a standard oil change on September 6th but the advisor did not see me & check me in until an hour later, at I arrived at the dealership at 3:50pm for a standard oil change on September 6th but the advisor did not see me & check me in until an hour later, at almost 5pm - and he was completely clueless as to why I was waiting that long. I’m not sure why it took an hour to even acknowledge the service i was having & I've never waited that long for service at any other Toyota dealership. I then did not have my oil change completed until after 6pm & this was only because I communicated that I was not satisfied with how long it was taking for such a simple service. Had I not spoken up, I would’ve probably been there until 7pm. I arrived at the dealership early enough to go & pick my parents up at the airport only to have them waiting over an hour. I will not be returning because clearly this location is very unorganized. Employees were using foul language towards each other & it was an overall unprofessional environment. More
