From an oil change to an unnecessary finance agreement I came in for an oil change and got coerced into an unnecessary finance agreement while I had a lease valid for the next 20 months. I was told that I was just signing up for some new features but when I got home to review everything, I realized that the finance manager, Aaron, essentially converted my lease into a finance agreement. I went to the dealership with my son the very next day to void the finance agreement and we were told that everything was done within less than 10 business hours and could not be voided. However, when we called Toyota Corporate, we were told that nothing was done and that it was HIGHLY unusual and unethical the way the whole procedure was handled. My payments went from $342/month to $491... I’m a 64 year old woman on the brink of retirement... my budget is fixed and I did not plan on taking this additional expense. I will continue to complain and report this transaction online and to the consumer affairs, unless this finance agreement is void and I get reinstated to my initial lease agreement. Side stepping the issue Had an unresolved issue with my vehicle in service department, I tried to contact the general manager but was unable to because once his associates re Had an unresolved issue with my vehicle in service department, I tried to contact the general manager but was unable to because once his associates realized I wanted air my dissatisfaction with the service department. I was given a million excuses that he was unavailable and I needed to speak with the service Manager, After returning to the service department where I requested to speak to the Manager I was giver more excuses and the ushered to the same associate I had an issue with, (very uncomfortable). I still have problems with my vehicle since it was repaired. I consider the associates in the service department to be on trustworthy (lire’s) and I would not refer anyone there. More

2 hours wait for incomplete work. Most staff members were friendly. I was assisted as soon as I got there but 1 hour later I was called again by a representative that could not find m Most staff members were friendly. I was assisted as soon as I got there but 1 hour later I was called again by a representative that could not find me in the system. The gentleman seemed lost and d was not very friendly either. When I told him that someone else had already helped me there was no apology for the miscommunication. He just told me to go! I suspected my car hasn’t been serviced at all. And I was right . I went back to the person who had assisted me first and she expedited the service to my car but 2 hours had already passed after my 11:00am appointment. Originally I was not going to complain because the young lady was very nice and friendly- and I understand Saturday is probably their busiest day bit when I got to my car- the same message about the washer fluid being low was still popping up upon starting the car on so I figured they had just washed my car- poorly and on the outside only. Nothing was done as how could you ignore or have missed the most basic of the messages. Anyway, the lady drove the car back to the shop and immediately replaced the water fluid but at this point I had already lost faith anything had been done to the car. More
