Salesman was unable to answer any questions about the car i was interested in. He knew nothing about any of the vehicles on the lot. I ended up teaching him more about the cars from my basic research on the i was interested in. He knew nothing about any of the vehicles on the lot. I ended up teaching him more about the cars from my basic research on the Toyota website. After putting a deposit down on a car, they called me a few days after leaving me an urgent message saying that if I didn't get back to them within the hour, they were selling that car. By the time I got the message, they had already sold it. Upon returning to the dealership to pick up my deposit, they were extremely rude unhelpful. When I call to question when I'll finally be able to pick it up, I get screamed at. I would not reccomend this dealership to ANYONE More
