I went to Route 22 Toyota, because I've gotten great service from them in the past with my 2005 Toyota Matrix with their service department. I had my car for 8 years and over 170,000 miles. When the time came to get a new car, I researched for a safe, reliable car that visually appealed to me. I stayed with Toyota because we all know Toyotas are just that! I went to the dealership, knowing that the 2013 Toyota RAV4 was the car I wanted. When I got there, I met Nelson Madera. He worked with me to get the car I wanted at a great price. He was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me excellent customer service. I commend Route 22 Toyota for having him on their team. I have been mentioning my great experience with EVERYONE!! From family, friends, coworkers, employees...basically anyone who notices how happy I am!! I absolutely LOVE my 2013 Toyota RAV4 LE!! I thoroughly recommend ROUTE 22 TOYOTA/SCION!!! More

To get the car ,I had pass through 4 person for paper work compare to other dealer one or two,drove the car home without full tank of gas (come back second time to get refill ),no personal check accepted work compare to other dealer one or two,drove the car home without full tank of gas (come back second time to get refill ),no personal check accepted , never keep their words , the first day I enroll in ' platinum ' 6 years cover plan for my car,The second day I speak to the guide work for TFS inperson to cancell The plan , The third day I comeback with cerified check to payoff my car , and I had to pay extra $ 2471.00 . I asked theTFS why I need to pay this amount when I already cancelled,He said I already canceled your plan,the company will refund it , after 15 days i received a wellcome book with my argreement number on it from TFS company, I called them they said they don't received any cancellation from the dealer or me . I had and other problem ,I bought the car on last Memoryal day may 27 2013 , today i june 30 2013 I still run my RAV 4 without registration cards , I been calling them , went to there, they keep running around , may be lying is their habbit , Iam so frustrated , only said ...Goodbye route 22 forever !!!!!!!!!!! Sites like dealerrater.com, can lead you to a good dealers, point you to their websites and there you can check their "prices". You can also go to KBB.com and check Fair Purchase price. Power to the PEOPLE. My experience with Route 22 Toyota was shockingly simple. I showed interest on their website for a 2013 Toyota Sienna, and I received an email with a reduced price because I was browsing though the internet. NOTE: I showed interest on 2 other dealers, but Route 22 had the BEST price. So I called to confirm, and it was true. In my free time, I decided to stop by and browse their inventory and I met Nelson Madera. Nelson was great. He showed me to cars that I wanted to see, and answered all my questions. What I believe Nelson did for me was something that I was not expecting. Nelson helped me get the already reduced price to get reduced by $800 more. In the end I paid less than the Fair Purchase Price that is shown in KBB.com. I didn't think I would get that price, and with the 0% that Toyota was offering, I could not say no. I purchased the vehicle, and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY. Nelson was also quick to return my calls and showed me their service department that has FREE 25MB down Internet. I now LOVE this dealership, and would recommend it to ANYONE who doesn't want to get tricked into purchasing a vehicle. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! More
