Ramaxes, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize for your negative experience, as it's not unheard of for you to want the part you ordered for your Tacoma to be functional. Unfortunately, we don't create the parts at the dealership, but instead act as a hub between the manufacturer and the customer. If you bring the part back to our parts department, we should be able to assist as long as the original packaging is present and the part is in the same condition as when received. One of the parts professionals will be able to assist you further, so please just stop in at your earliest convenience, as there may be ways to assist with sending the part back. Thanks so much for leaving us a review. We are so sorry to hear that a long-lasting loyal customer like yourself was led to one of our competitors due to the treatment you received at our facility. Although our facility is busy and we try to run a tight ship to get customers in and out, we also understand that things happen and sometimes customers may arrive late, due to things outside of their control. I would suggest giving us a call in cases like this, so we can move things around to better accommodate you, however, that's beside the point, as all customers, especially loyal ones like yourself, should always be treated with the utmost respect.
