Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this greedy place. This dealer is trying to steal my $2,000 deposit for doing nothing. It seems like I am not the first one this has happened to. I wanted to get place. This dealer is trying to steal my $2,000 deposit for doing nothing. It seems like I am not the first one this has happened to. I wanted to get a quote for a lease on the Bz4x since it would be most affordable route to get rid of my trade in. I ended up finding a buyer that paid MUCH more for my truck saving me thousands of dollars and realized they were marking up the lease + adding xx fees to make more money. After they told me they couldn't hold onto the car I reserved while I sell my old one, I decided to stick with a used car especially considering they wouldn't honor the price (non-itemized order) I signed for. I found out I cannot get an EV charger where I live and don't feel financially comfortable having another car payment. Since my credit was not run, trade in was sold, and car not reserved or delivered to me, I requested that my deposit be refunded. Khaled Elsisi refuses to refund and did not mention that my deposit would be non refundable before I signed and handed them cash. He also refuses to put me in contact with a manager to resolve this issue. I will be contacting BBB and Toyota HQ before I escalate this further. If it were not for the added fees, markups, and my salesperson trying to take my $2,000 in CASH FOR DOING NOTHING, I would not be writing this review as I never write reviews. I simply not feel comfortable doing business with this place after this experience and refuse to accept a "store credit" as a solution. More

These people suck & are so unhelpful. This was my first financed vehicle and instead of giving us all of the needed information they were rude. I’m just very disappointed. If the car wasn’t the exact thing I was looking for I would’ve never made the purchase with them. More

I ordered a part for my 2016 tacoma, the part was defective. I called and talked to Carlos, who spoke with the manager. I was told to send the part back at my expense. Good morning, I had a very bad experience today at route 22. I was not well welcomed by the attendant due to be late by an hour. What makes me furious is that I never use any other dealer even though I have three in my surroundings. And I bought few brand new Toyota vehicles from route 22. And I always service it there but, I really really have to say thank you for the making me to decide to go to another dealer for my service. Now I have a wonderful gentleman service advisor that is very helpful and open to any suggestions and questions. So, so long route 22. Be good and or not good to others so, anyway what do I care nobody cares in there. They only acts when they stop getting customers like me, LOYAL. More
My current experience with this dealership is very nasty. The customer service is very rude. I have been doing business with this dealership since July 2007 and it has never been this bad. When I noticed that a lot of the sales staff were new. I requested for Mr. Rod Solis with whom I had always done business in the past but they lied to me that he already left the company. I had to work with Ashraf and then Omar, I was not happy with the customer service I received and I voiced it out to them. I finally made a down payment on a car, to which they added $3000 above the MSRP. They explained that it was for the global market value which they claim was caused by supply chain issues due to the pandemic. They promised me that the car will be available for pick up within 6-7 days. I called them after 5 days for exact pick up date but I was surprised they wanted me to accept a different color of the car or wait for another one month for the car color of my choice. When I refused Ashraf hung up the phone and referred me back to Omar. This was for me very unsatisfactory, more so when $3000 was added to the Sticker price by this dealership. I refused a different color and asked to be transferred to another Toyota dealership where my car color is in stock or they should return my deposit since they did not fulfill their own part of the contract too but they refused. They don’t have the car in stock and they refused to return my deposit. As such, I called Toyota corporate office and they opened a complaint and referred me to Mr. Howard Newman the customer relations officer for this dealership. I called the number given to me by the corporate office and was met with annoyance from the personnel that is supposed to resolve the matter, he was at a meeting and commanded me never to call his cell phone again. I explained to him that Toyota Corporate office gave me his number I asked him what phone number to call him on so as to resolve this problem but he said he will call me at 5:00pm and asked for my phone number instead. He did not call me back until 5:20 pm. I thought that he was ready with a resolution but he told me that he did not even read the complaint yet and that he will call me back the following day. My disappointment was untold!!!!! So far this case has not yet been resolved, I am paying $3000 above market price because I thought they had the car that I need urgently. I anxiously look forward to the end of this matter as I am under pressure to return my rental car and route 22 Toyota does not seem to care about the well being of their customers and they are only out to make money even if they hurt the customers that should be their number one priority to care for. More
