Our sales consultant, Rick Tankersley let us know that there weren't any on the lot but there was one coming. He was upfront about the price we would pay (which was thousands less than the other car we looked at in Houston) and didn't try to upsell us or sell us more car than we wanted. Rick was friendly and relatable. He was more like a buddy than a salesman. We only had to wait a week to pick up our beautiful new car. It was shiny, clean and waiting for us on the showroom floor. Rick took the time to show us all the features on the car even though he knew we were buying it (we had put down a deposit the week before).
