My check engine light came on my 2020 Elantra. Round rock Hyundai can't schedule an appointment to look at it until March. Six months! Will never buy another Hyundai. Do not buy one. Bought a Santa Cruz when they first arrived and sold as fast as they could be shipped. Due to the shortage, I followed the user experiences and found many complaining about other dealerships adding unwante fast as they could be shipped. Due to the shortage, I followed the user experiences and found many complaining about other dealerships adding unwanted accessories or creating bogus "packages" to gouge customers due to high demand. I experienced the same inquiring at a dealership in San Antonio. But at Hyundai Round Rock, Adel called me when the vehicle I ordered was in. He made the process easy and best of all, the dealership did not try to gouge me with bogus packages or fake fees. I have bought many cars here and will keep coming back for service like this! More

This dealership led me to believe that they could get the car I wanted from another dealership in Texas. They went as far as letting me know what they would give me for the trade.....this lasted conversation car I wanted from another dealership in Texas. They went as far as letting me know what they would give me for the trade.....this lasted conversation lasted nearly two weeks. Then to find out that they always knew that they could not get the SUV. I don't understand why they would do that? If you couldn't get it, just tell me. I went on to buy a LEXUS RX350. On my last phone call to the salesperson that I was dealing with who actually was really nice to begin with, he then told me that he never said he could get it, and I asked him why he was milking me along.....he got pretty hostile to me and very defensive at my comment..... I did hang up with him. I have never hung up on any kind of salesperson before, but I didn't need to be verbally abused as I had not raised my voice. All they had to do is tell me the truth and if the dealers in Texas were not doing trades, let me know that at the beginning. It might have been a good thing that I didn't buy that vehicle....I have since found out there is a class action suit, safety issues, against Genesis regarding this GV80. The experience was unfortunate. More
