He patiently answered all my questions and explained every feature and button in order to 'educate' me so I could make an informed decision. Luis is more a 'teacher' than a 'salesman'! We took a test drive and I was amazed at all the safety features. We then toured the dealership service area (it is even air conditioned and clean enough to eat off the floor!) Luis even arranged for an extended test drive so I could take the car home overnight to continue to learn about it and decide if it was the right car for me.
