We were looking for a very specific car, a 2022 Hyundai Sonata SEL. We had a very bad experience with a dealer in Houston and decided to give Round Rock Hyundai a try. Our sales consultant, Rick Tankersley Sonata SEL. We had a very bad experience with a dealer in Houston and decided to give Round Rock Hyundai a try. Our sales consultant, Rick Tankersley let us know that there weren't any on the lot but there was one coming. He was upfront about the price we would pay (which was thousands less than the other car we looked at in Houston) and didn't try to upsell us or sell us more car than we wanted. Rick was friendly and relatable. He was more like a buddy than a salesman. We only had to wait a week to pick up our beautiful new car. It was shiny, clean and waiting for us on the showroom floor. Rick took the time to show us all the features on the car even though he knew we were buying it (we had put down a deposit the week before). Financing was a breeze and while we bought an extended warranty we were not pressured to. Amazing experience! We will be back! More

After reading some of the reviews, I wish my experience had been with sales instead of service. The service department is unorganized and both advisors I spoke to were not helpful in any way. I'm new to the area and wanted to take my car in to get serviced and meet the team. I pulled in and they were busy (no problem at all) however no one acknowledged anyone standing there. Once someone did, I asked a few questions and the advisor told me he didn't know the answer to anything I asked. He couldn't set an appointment for later, he couldn't tell me what was in a MPI or why it takes 3 hours minimum for an oil change. Okay... so I went a bought a part and installed it myself and then called and asked for the service manager and left a message asking that he or anyone please call me so that I can better understand how their service department works. I know I told him in the message that I know he's busy so to please just have anyone call me that could go over that information. ..... Nothing. More
Salesman was amazing, finance team not yso much.. I really wanted the extended warranty., the person helping me was RUDE and told me how n few words my new car was garbage and I needed to get it , but really wanted the extended warranty., the person helping me was RUDE and told me how n few words my new car was garbage and I needed to get it , but due to his attitude and approach I didn’t want to deal with him anymore and be done and out as soon as possible. Was my sons first car and we wanted a future dealer for the family, we will continue to look after this experience and find one we can always go buy from instead of jumping around for a purchase. More
