We purchased a new Santa Fe Hybrid last summer. The vehicle is under warranty and has had a low coolant warning light on the dash for the past 3 months even though the level is full. The service center states they have no fix for this problem. I have also spoken with Hyundai corporate and they also state they have no fix for the vehicle. Customer service has been extremely poor and they have given us no timeline as to when or if the issue will be resolved. They have never offered to make this issue right in any way for us. Please take this inability to repair a new car under warranty as a caution before you purchase a new Hyundai. More

Ask to speak with a used car salesperson. I was looking online at a Passat that was sitting there for the last 5 days- and noticeably it was filthy through the pictures. Being a serious buyer, I asked the sales person if he can pleas detail the car and retake pictures. He told me that what I get is what I get- and if I decide to buy then he can detail it….. ummm….. when this used to be classic Hyundai- the cars were always detailed before the consumer saw it- especially when consumers are paying double or what it is really worth…. What happened to customer service…. What a xxxxxxxxx- why would anybody buy a dirty car? Present your car good from the beginning- get rid of salesperson that make your dealership look like they don’t give a f about the people who you call customers. I just don’t get - poor customer service is just despicable when people are knowingly paying more- he then told me- we don’t have to detail cars because it’ll be off the lot anyways- lol… yeah xxxxxxx- that’s why it’s been sitting there for about 5 days now. SMH- if this is what your representation is of your dealership… jeez… More

Great service, was able to order my car over the phone and via email/text. The purchasing experience was stress free and quick. As many people know, this is a crazy rime to buy a car. Inventory is low, and a lot of dealers are taking advantage of that by charging thousands over MSRP. My husband and I were looking to buy a Santa Fe Hybrid, and after contacting this dealership, gave a deposit on one that was expected to arrive in about a month. They didn't charge us a penny over MSRP, and were extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I want to give a huge thumbs up to our salesman, Rick Tankersley. He made our entire process welcoming and seamless. He provided updates as to the expected arrival date of the vehicle, answered all of our questions in an extremely timely fashion, and overall made us feel like friends and family. Once our vehicle arrived and was ready to be picked up, he greeted us at the dealership, and efficiently guided us through the process, including a walk-through of our vehicle. The entire process was painless and quick. I have had many bad experiences with car dealers, and this was the opposite. Rick has made us Round Rock customers for all of our future car buying needs.
