Just 37,500 service and inspection. Couldn’t wait cuz of coved so left my phone number service agent made a point of asking for contact number. Gave my cell as . Called 2.5 hours later and was told almost coved so left my phone number service agent made a point of asking for contact number. Gave my cell as . Called 2.5 hours later and was told almost ready. Got to dealer and service agent said I was called. nope! Many hours later when I got home I found a message on my home phone saying car was ready, from 9:30 that am! xxx! Really not happy More

Brought my car in for oil change....took 2 days! After waiting for 3 hours I found out they lost my paper work.
