I purchased my ELANTRA new and I cannot get it serviced at the dealer. I called and talk to Cammy service advisor. I called and made the appointment two months ahead when we took it there. I purchased a car for my 18 year old son at Round Rock Hyundai for 16,000. I was looking for a safe and reliable car that he could drive. This car broke down on the 183 highway only six months after purch Hyundai for 16,000. I was looking for a safe and reliable car that he could drive. This car broke down on the 183 highway only six months after purchasing it after guaranteeing me that the car was fully inspected and safe. I spent over two thousand dollars in repairs on this car. In May the car broke down another time putting my sons life at risk again on the highway. I had the car towed to Round Rock Hyundai and again explained how this car is causing me financial and emotional stress. Additionally, my son is unable to get to school and work safely due to he issues this car has. I was told that Round Rock Hyundai, specifically Chase the used car manager, would buy it back for $8,500 (May 12th) if I got the catalytic converter replaced. Knowing I owed $10,00 on this car at the time, I was willing to take the hit to get rid of this terrible car. Sadly when I came back after getting the car fixed (one month later) the used car manager, Chase Abrego, quoted me $7,000. They showed me the blue sheet from May 12th with the original offer and said that the car needs more work and the price was changed. We didn't even drive this car except to get it fixed and back to Hyundai. This company lied to me to get me to go get the car fixed and then offered $1,500 less. After reading the latest google reviews, it appears that this behavior is common for this company. More

Dealer said no but would sell me alternate upgrade Hyundai came up with which would cost me $650. I started to a little research, called South Hyundai and they said this car is avaliable for free upgrade. Additionally Hyundai just notified me and said car qualifies for free upgrade. Round Rock Hyundai service LIED and tried to sell me on a product. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE!!! More

I had a warranty clutch repair and was informed they reimburse the cost of a rental but that is not the case only partially. I was frustrated with a few dealers in Texas as they seemed to be taking advantage of the lack of cars on the market and adding in hefty markups, but I am glad I stopped by Round Rock Hyundai. I worked with a consultant named Saad, and he was very helpful. He took the time to help me find a car that suited me best, and he walked me through the features on the car, and we went for a test drive. Most importantly, Saad did not try to give me the run around, he walked me through the unique benefits of Hyundai, and the value add they represent over the time of ownership. We were able to work out a price, and I am very happy with my new car and this dealership. More
I was lied to Saturday afternoon about what my $500 deposit was actually for and about it being refundable. I was told by phone, text and email it was “fully refundable” then in person minutes befor deposit was actually for and about it being refundable. I was told by phone, text and email it was “fully refundable” then in person minutes before paying that it would be refunded if I backed out “for whatever reason.” Only after paying did they tell me that it was in no meaningful way refundable. I was told the deposit would secure the price as quoted on the sheet. So I could be absolutely clear, I showed a note I typed on my phone of what I heard them claiming, that “this deposit secures deal #314610 as quoted at $28,454.25 out the door.” They said yes. After paying the $500 based on their lies, they admitted that the actual price can increase by many hundreds of dollars, easily above $1,000 more than the quote. Both of these were lies. I would not have reserved this car or made this deposit if I knew the truth. Still seeing what I can do. More
This was the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership. The car sales people are not pushy nor do they follow you around. Justin was there to answer our questions and was patient.
