Today, I picked up my Hyunday after the service which done by Round Rock dealership. I was talk to service manager and told him that it is my third times coming here for the same service regarding Palisa done by Round Rock dealership. I told him wind noise coming from rear windows, but you are changing front windows and mirror strips and then he told me something interesting! He said, we are doing services which are told by Hyundai customer service to us and if you write negative review you are not welcome to this store anymore. This is how they are getting review. The shop replaced a recall part . They also did an oil /filter change. It took about 2 1/2 hrs as I had been advised. The restroom was spotless. The staff helpful. My car was washed and with plastic prote /filter change. It took about 2 1/2 hrs as I had been advised. The restroom was spotless. The staff helpful.
