Mike, I appreciate the response back. Several things went extremely wrong on my last service visit with you all and somethings went good. I had to escalate the issue with you to begin with so I could get my car diagnosed within 3 days instead of a week. Second, the issue was a bad fuel injector. Your team failed to let me know about that via a phone call or email. I called several times and only got the message, nobody called me back. I think that is poor service in my opinion. Not everyone will be willing to email your advisors. Especially older people. They want to talk to someone and the only way for me to talk to my advisor was to actually come into the service department in person. I did that several times to get an update. Then there was the issue of the fuel injector part being on back order. Then it was shipped but never came in. So I took it upon myself to contact South Point Hyundai to see if they actually had the part in stock... sure enough, they had 3 of them. It sure would have saved several weeks of waiting without a car by doing a simple check of the other dealers in the area. I appreciated that the parts was picked up by your team and put on the schedule for a fix. Your team could really work on their communication skills and techniques. The lack of communication is what made this experience the worst I have ever seen at a dealership. You guys could be so much better. I hope you take this criticism as a way to improve your service teams customer experience. You lost two sales from me this week because of it. GV80 and a G70 Launch Edition. That added up to over $100K in sales.
