They had my car for almost two months - warranty work on transmission. Also, had a trim piece replaced and paid for it. I paid up front to get the clips and trim piece. When I got the car back, two clips were still missing so I bought a box of clips and fasteners for $20 and finished the work myself. Not impressed. Additionally, I needed to bring the car back in for two recalls or the dealership wouldn’t get paid for the warranty work - so I had to make another trip. I’m much closer to Killeen but the dealership is incompetent so I’m questioning my decision to even purchase this vehicle. Oh, they also screwed up my paperwork when I went to pay for my original warranty work/trim piece replacement - they had to charge me again for the parts I originally paid for again because I was under a new customer number. I eventually got reimbursed. The only bright spot was Will Turner - a good guy and very honest! More
Hyundai reliability is terrible, quality is terrible. Avoid this manufacturer. My family has had to replace the engine on all 3 of our Hyundai's. On the 3rd one the new engine only lasted 30K miles. When I took it to the dealer they declined to cover the problem saying the car was out of warranty even thought he engine only had 30K miles on it which they know because they approved the work the previous time. This dealership is also terrible. No personal service quality of any kind. They treat you like a number and have no idea who you are no matter how many times you talk to them. More
Good Deal Bad Delivery: Worked a good deal with Victor Gonzales online after several emails back and forth, he got me everything I asked for that was in control of the dealership. I was passed off to Kels Gonzales online after several emails back and forth, he got me everything I asked for that was in control of the dealership. I was passed off to Kelsey after a 3 hour drive to the dealership for delivery. The paperwork all got and went out to the vehicle and Kelsey asked I wanted to one final walk around and I agreed and all was good. Then Kelsey asked me to give him a 10 on the survey and walked off to work with another customer. We hadn't even gotten into the vehicle and he showed me nothing about the infotainment system. Luckily I was able to pair my phone quite easily but didn't know how to get the XM Channels to stay operational. Also noticed there was less than 3/4 of a tank of gas. Grabbed Kesey back and he set up the screen and didn't show me and got a porter to take the vehicle and fill it up and off he was again to the other customer. I guess I wasn't important enough. I had an appointment and didn't just show up expecting to be taken care of right away. I was told that If I didn't give Kelsey an 10 on the survey, Victors share would be cut in half. I wasn't about to have that. I made Victor aware of everything and he passed it to management. I asked him to ask them to contact me by email so I could verify some information but got nothing. After drive 3 hours home I parked the vehicle and didn't do anything with it for 3 days. I went out and checked on the accessories that were supposed to be with the vehicle and found all but one big one. There are no carpeted floor mats that I was charge 210.00 for. Something needs to happen. I need my floor mats. I don't know what else they can do for me as I am 3 hours away. This was the worst delivery I have ever had and I have had a few. More
