From start to finish, my car buying experience with Ron Tonkin Hyundai was excellent. Starting with Dan sending me casual video chats showing me what they had in stock, to Ian becoming my in-person sales Tonkin Hyundai was excellent. Ian was warm and very attentive, reflecting back to me what he was hearing about what I liked and didn't like and ended up helping me get clear on exactly what car I wanted. And when it turned out they only had the high end "limited" trim in stock, instead of trying to talk me into a car that though beautiful had more bells and whistles than I needed, they went searching among partnership dealers to locate the exact car I wanted. Just a few days later, Gio, another knowledgable and attentive sales rep who had joined my sales team personally drove up to Kirkland Washington to bring my car down, then patiently went over with me all the details of its functions. Even Todd and James, the guys in charge of things got involved to make sure my experience was smooth and everything was to my liking. I just had a excellent car buying experience at Ron Tonkin Hyundai. I dealt with Ian throughout the process including that he drove the new 2024 Santa Cruz to my home, with all the needed paperwork. He carefully explain all the terms of the purchase so I didn’t have any question or concerns. Prior to Ian showing up the financial manger explained all my options and I never felt confused and/or pressured into buying extras that I did not need or want. Once all the paperwork was signed, he sat down with my wife (her truck) and explained all the features and how they worked and answered all her questions that she had. I big shoutout and thank you to Ian and all the others at Ron Tomlins’ who were part of the buying process. I would recommend all my friends and family who were in the market to buy a new or used vehicle to shop at a Ron Tonkin’s dealership first. Ask for Ian if you are looking at Hyundai.
