My experience with Ron Tonkin Hyundai was amazing! I was in and out in just over 3 hours! Quickest ever! Liana, the sales person who helped me from beginning to end, was amazing! She is so kind and un I was in and out in just over 3 hours! Quickest ever! Liana, the sales person who helped me from beginning to end, was amazing! She is so kind and understanding and easy to talk to! The gentleman who did the financing, whose name I can’t recall unfortunately, was so nice and already had everything done so that process only took like 10-15 minutes (part of that was me yakking !) If you are in need of a new car I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough! They even filled my tank, washed it again, and Liana actually took the time to walk through all the features and explain how things work. She even helped me clean out my trade in! I didn’t even buy a luxury or expensive car! Just a sweet Hyundai Elantra sport which I absolutely love driving! Thank you Liana, and the finance gentleman, for making this such a great experience!! I have been bringing my car here for servicing ever since I got it even though there is a dealership closer to my house. I have been satisfied with the service I have received. Seth, the service advisor, is I got it even though there is a dealership closer to my house. I have been satisfied with the service I have received. Seth, the service advisor, is very nice and I enjoy working with him. He explains things so I can understand them. The waiting area is nice with coffee and snacks and I always seem to meet friendly customers while I am there. I will continue to bring my car here! More

Amazing service yet again, everyone was very friendly and helpful with every step of the way. This purchase experience was terrible! I purchased a used Volvo xc60 plug in hybrid from these folks. They advertised, and then sold me the car stating that it had under 2000 miles on it I purchased a used Volvo xc60 plug in hybrid from these folks. They advertised, and then sold me the car stating that it had under 2000 miles on it. They had read the trip meter instead of the odometer. We discovered the mistake when we were almost home 120 miles away. The car actually had over 6000 miles on it. they sent me new documents to sign a couple of days later. They compensated me just over $400 for their mistake. In all of our back and forth on this matter I talked to several people. Not one of those folks actually admitted a mistake had been made and apologized. They acted put out to have to deal with me and made me feel like i was being an imposition to them. some folks were worse than others, but the overall experience was very uncomfortable. I almost felt like this could be one of their sales techniques, and they just happened to be caught. Not a good experience at all. More
