Mike was extremely helpful, he got me the vehicle I wanted for a great price! The purchase of my vehicle was amazingly fast compared to my prior experiences. My experience with this dealership started late Thursday evening, but we got the ball rolling, settled on a price and proceeded with the purchase. We asked for a car fax report and one was given to us with evening, but we got the ball rolling, settled on a price and proceeded with the purchase. We asked for a car fax report and one was given to us without any delay, however, there was an accident reported on the 2006, $21,000, chevy avalanche we were trying to buy. All the report said was that a collision was reported, with a state agency, in a different county and a case # was assigned to it. I asked for them to look further into this, and we set an appointment up to pick the car up on saturday morning, pending the results of the accident report. Then, Saturday came and Phil (the used car manager) stepped into the picture, when asked about the accident on the car fax, Phil's response was,"I have been doing this for 20 years and have never had to call a municipality about an accident on a car fax report", then I asked for a copy of the repair order (so I could see what the dealership had fixed) Phil came back with a hand written list of things that were "fixed", he said he couldn't print the order out for some reason, but the work was done to the car. I then decided not to pick the car up that day, I told them i would be back on Monday to take the car to my mechanic to have it looked at for body repair. Monday morning i show up to take the car and it is in the shop...having the work that was supposedly done on it before saturday done on it. When I questioned why the car was in there, Phil told me they were balancing the tires...so I questioned if he is balancing the tires why are all the tires laying on the ground, the hood is up, and the tech is working on the back door that was supposed to be fixed on saturday when I came to pick up the car. I said it looks alot to me like he is doing all the work that you told me was done already. It then was clear me that this was not the dealership for me, I did not pick up the truck, and will not return to that dealership for anything...ever. I will, however, explain to anyone that asks my about my experience there why they should not deal with romeo chevy. All in all a huge disappointment and a very unprofessional dealership that is clearly your stereotypical used car dealer. More

I love my car and chris was great. However when I went to pick up my car I discovered that the drivers side visor mirror was badly cracked. When I called for service I was told it was not covered under a to pick up my car I discovered that the drivers side visor mirror was badly cracked. When I called for service I was told it was not covered under any of the warrebties I purchased for my car. I was very disappointed by this as well as the fact that a tire light came on three days after I bought it. I expected to get a car that would not need any immediate work and instead I had two separate issues in only a few days. I brought my frustration to the attention of several employees who said they were sorry but did not offer me any solutions to my problems. I was disappointed by the service I received once the sale was complete. More
