Quick Positive Response to My Service Request One of the wipers on my 2018 Sierra Denali pickup had become shredded and inoperable. I realize that wipers are not usually covered under warranty but One of the wipers on my 2018 Sierra Denali pickup had become shredded and inoperable. I realize that wipers are not usually covered under warranty but with only 6,000 miles on my vehicle, I wasn't happy to have this issue. I pulled into the dealership without an appointment and discussed my concerns with Sean Duffy, the service manger and he agreed the wiper should not have failed with so little use. He offered to have them replaced on the spot while I waited and asked Joe Sanford the service rep to assist me. Joe came right out replaced both my wipers himself and had me on my way in 30 minuets at no charge. I was very pleased with the quick positive response and service. More
