We purchased a used Nissan Armada not even a month ago. Already had to put $1000 into it before sending it back to Roger Beasley Mazda South. They had to send it to a Nissan dealer to find out what additional work needed to be done. Come to find out there is an additional $1700 worth of work that needs to be done. They are willing to cover only $500 of it. We brought this issue to there attention before buying the vehicle, but we were told that it went through their inspection and there was nothing wrong. Apparently they need to stick with vehicles they know. We haven't even made our first payment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. More
BEWARE! !! DO NOT BUY A PREOWNED CAR FROM THIS PREDATORY DEALERSHIP! Eddie Carter, the salesperson we dealt with, told us that the preowned car we were buying !! DO NOT BUY A PREOWNED CAR FROM THIS PREDATORY DEALERSHIP! Eddie Carter, the salesperson we dealt with, told us that the preowned car we were buying had not yet been inspected AFTER we had been there for hours and were in the middle of signing paperwork. He promised us that the car would be looked at by the dealership's mechanics and that anything wrong with the car would be fixed before they send us home with the car. We had to wait a couple of days after signing the paperwork before we were able to pick up the car we bought, which we were fine with because we thought Eddie could be trusted to keep his promise that nothing mechanically would be wrong with the car by the time we picked it up. We were so wrong! On the drive home, we noticed a loud clunking noise when going over bumps. The next day, we looked under the car and found that the CV Joint was COVERED in oil. Clearly they did not fix anything and had no intention of doing so to begin with. When I messaged Eddie and asked if they could help us out, he said his manager, Brett, simply stated that we signed a form saying that the car was being sold as-is. Yes, we did sign this form and we were okay with that. It would be one thing if this problem started happening a month after we bought it - but it was happening ON THE DRIVE HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP! Aside from that, there were several other issues with the car that weren't disclosed, such as the lumbar support on the passenger's side being broken, and the CD player being broken. They low balled us on our car that we traded in, tried to tell us that the kelly blue book values didn't matter because of a volitale market (yet had the KBB value listed on the car we bought, and had the WRONG value on it. They had the KBB value for an excellent condition car, and this car has a large dent in the back and several other cosmetic issues - far from excellent condition and it's absurd that they had it priced as so.) Refused our offer or to even negotiate with our offer until we left the dealership, at which point Eddie called us and negotiated a lower price than they initially offered (after telling us they could go no lower. Sleazy to wait until someone literally leaves to offer a better deal.) We will never go to another Mazda dealership again, and will be advising everyone we know not to, either. Making promises they don't uphold is SCAMMING!!!! More
I was Mark of Excellence in sales for General Motors, durning my 30 years career. My daughter was interested in a pre owned certified Mazda they had. We test drove the vehicle in which she purchased. Getting a new car from the Mazda S location has been the biggest disappointment I have experienced over the course of 35 years. The customer experience has been as low as I can rate in what I would expect biggest disappointment I have experienced over the course of 35 years. The customer experience has been as low as I can rate in what I would expect service to be. 5 out of 6 times the promises made have failed. I am actually a very easy sale too because when I need something, I come in knowing exactly what I want, what I will pay and the means and confidence to deliver on what I commit to doing. Easy-no negotiation. Its either yes or no. I tried to do as much as possible on line to save time since my job has intensive travel and I value my time while home as well as respect others time when I make a comittment to uphold (I will even uphold a comittment even if it is inconvenient and I certainly don't promise something if I know I am betting on a contingency). Where I am currently at and Roger Beasley Mazda S is continuing to spiral downward is I signed a deal for my car, with the knowledge that it would not be delivered until the day I left for my job out of the country. I was told I would get a text or email that my car was in the day it arrived. The plan was that I would pick my car up when I returned a week later. I have been home now for a week and 1. I never received a call, text, email that my car was in and 2. I can't get anyone to respond to me. I have talked to so many different people that I do not even know who can help me get my new car that I already purchased. Can you say buyers remorse? I am so disappointed. I would rather pay more for a car where I can count on customer service than a deal that I have no confidence in getting a response. In full disclosure, I did not get a great deal. I went with this car because it was close to where I live. More
I’ve been going here for 5 years and this was my first truly bad experience and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future. My tech was Gavan Carmona and my Service Advisor was David Castillo. In short, avoi truly bad experience and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future. My tech was Gavan Carmona and my Service Advisor was David Castillo. In short, avoid these two like the plague. They’re both scammers recommending work that’s not necessary and providing deceitful estimates. I was in for a 55k mile oil change and they recommended new wipers (they replaced them when I got my inspection there just 3 months ago), a battery, a coolant flush, serpentine belt, tensioner, and water pump belt. I said no On the battery and wiper blades because I can easily do that myself. I replaced all the rest after being told the estimate would be about 300-400 for the work and because they’ve been reasonable in the past. I’m short, the work cost $700 (nearly double the verbal estimate) and after research the belts are supposed to last 90k miles. Finally, when I got home and replaced my wipers they were nearly new. No dry rot, no cracks, nothing. These two are scammers recommending unnecessary work and giving false estimates. They should be investigated by Mazda and gotten rid of because they’re ruining what was previously an honest business. More

Absolute nightmare to deal with we bought a used car out of state. They don't return phone calls. There is no communication and I still have not received plates for my car. The temporary one expired and it of state. They don't return phone calls. There is no communication and I still have not received plates for my car. The temporary one expired and it took several phone calls with no response back to get a new temporary plate. There is absolutely no communication whatsoever. Still waiting for them to respond. I'm sad to say I love the car but would never have bought it if this would be the "customer service" that would be provided. Very disappointing process. More
