Final prices were over quoted prices. Sales maintenance policies are not what is advertised by them at time of car purchase. I paid for coverage which I am told does not cover the work that was done. I cancelled private insurance because of what the sales department indicated that was covered by the Roesch policy. I am now exposed for the work that was not covered. I was completely misled by the sales department add-on policies and what they cover. More
