As a customer, I felt she was professional yet personable. Even though I didn't get the exact monthly payment I was looking for, Sandi helped fight for as much as she could I believe, to get the price to where I flt most comfortable that I could afford. 2015 Journey Experience My wife and I are enjoying the 2015 Dodge Journey and believe we got a fair price. But I have two issues which I would like to note. First, I do not believe I should have to pay for a second key fob. I think each vehicle should have to come with two key fobs as a safety issue. At the bare minimum we should receive a 50% discount. Secondly, when the vehicle was fueled before we left the gas cap was not secured properly which caused the engine light to come on. I immediately secured the gas cap and reset the check engine light. If I didn't work automotive service industry in the past I would have not known how to address the check engine light issue properly. More

The service was excellent!!!!! I went to RM Dodge to browse their inventory in person after making a list online. Someone else had beat me out for my 2 top choices. So after talking with Adam Parker, he showed me 1 of my other choices and I accepted the test-drive. He was very respectful and kind. He even read the Carfax report to me while we were on my test-drive, along with answering every question that I had. So after the test-drive we made a deal and I drove my 2009 Toyota Camry off the lot that same day. I like that Adam didn't try to take advantage of me, as this is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchase on my own after being divorced some years ago. That says a lot about his character in general, but especially as a salesperson. You see, I had visited another dealership earlier that day and left because the salesperson didn't listen to me, as he tried to tell me what he wanted to sell me.
