They said that it just needed pushing back in but I later found out it was a screw problem. I fixed it myself and returned to dealership. Spoke with the best Salesperson yet, HER name is Sandi. She knows her trucks like no other man salesman knew, very knowledgeable, courteous, and attractive;) Found a truck I liked that fit the bill, made an offer, and for the first time with no haggle they offered me a even better deal on a brand new truck! Positive experience with the overall deal I had previously search the dealership's inventory on line to see if they had the truck that I wanted. I saw they had the Red Ram Crew Cab Big Horn i I had previously search the dealership's inventory on line to see if they had the truck that I wanted. I saw they had the Red Ram Crew Cab Big Horn in stock with the options that I wanted. I also went on TRUECAR and this dealership was one that sent me a response. They called me a couple of times to discuss the truck and were willing to give me a reasonable price over the phone. A price that made it worth my while to drive to Rocky Mount to look at the truck. I worked with Sandi Deans and was well pleased with her. She was very knowledgeable of the truck, options, and the extra's that I wanted to add. She did a great job working with me on the price and was backed up by the Sales Manager, Brad. The final negotiations were with Brad, and I thought he was fair working with me on the price of my trade. On the negative side, I thought the clean up of the truck could have been improved, but I contributed this to the fact that I was there late in the afternoon on Friday after Thanksgiving. They kept a service man over to install the steps for me and probably held over someone to clean up the truck. If the deal had been earlier in the day, the clean up probably would have been better. The did work with me to install the bed liner the next week and provided me with a loaner to drive while they made the installation. Overall, they did a good job with a fair price, so I was pleased overall. More
