Very disappointed with my service experience at Ford Rockwall\. I dropped off my truck and was told I would receive a call from my service advisor with an update and that I should have my vehicle back t Rockwall\. The next day, I called and texted with no response\. I had to call three times before I finally reached someone\. What was supposed to be a same\-day service visit turned into a day and a half with almost no communication\. I understand that delays happen, but leaving a customer in limbo with no updates and making them repeatedly call just to find out what is happening with their vehicle is unacceptable\. Communication and follow\-through need significant improvement More

Do not recommend this place to bring you vehicle to have any work done. It is just like any other Ford service center, they are happy to take your money but will not be accountable for there work or service any work done. I dropped off a Emkay fleet truck for service. The advisor checked in the vehicle. Hours later I get a call from the advisor and was asked about payment. I told him the payment will be billed out The advisor checked in the vehicle. Hours later I get a call from the advisor and was asked about payment. I told him the payment will be billed out to Emkay. The service was performed them was told “as for payment/approvals I will not be able to process until Monday”. “My fleet guy will be here Monday”. I should have been notified that there wasn’t a fleet service advisor before group 1 tech’s began the service or during the appointment check in. I paid out of pocket because they couldn’t get into their other computer to access fleet accounts. I desperately needed the truck because it was my lively hood will all my tools inside. I was issued a small receipt after payment then had to ask for the invoice sheet to see what all a paid for. Took an advisor a couple minutes and stated he “had to fill it out right quick”. Also checked my tires and yes they so called rotated them but didn’t bother to air them up for me. My first time using group 1 ford the technician didn’t reset my oil life on the dashboard screen and left an oil smudge on the hood. I didn’t make a review because maybe the tech was in a rush and made a simple mistake. I won’t be using them again sadly. I hope this gets to the right person. I am a very reasonable person I understand no one is perfect. I am disappointed about the situation, shouldn’t have happened. More
