I started at Rockwall Ford because the price listed online was good. Larry did a great job with making me feel comfortable and happy with the vehicle. As soon as the finance manager learned I had a pre approved loan from my bank, which Rockwall Ford is a preferred dealership, he constantly tried to push me off my loan and use Ford financing. He did not honor the online price unless I went through “Ford” for the loan. The finance group is the reason this location lost a sale. The last words from this finance manager to me were, “maybe you have too much car for your budget”. He let me walk out with a 3k difference in price. More

Jeff Hicks, the GM, personally reached out to me to make sure he understood my needs correctly and passed my service order onto Kris at his Service Department. Kris was thorough and understanding throughout the process and shared step-by-step details about the work needed to be done and the results of all the tests they completed. Sheila, the Service Department Manager, was extremely welcoming, extended her contact information, and invited me to reach out throughout the time my car was serviced confidently. Tammy was very helpful in getting me in a rental car immediately and making it so simple for me to get set up and in a beautiful Ford Expedition to use while my car was in service. This made my life so much easier - thanks Tammy! Maddy was so kind, she reached out after I spoke with Jeff offering to send a rental car to me and picking up my car so I would not have to come to the dealership. I was happy to drop off my car, but when my car was ready for pick up, she made it so easy for me when she sent Robert to swap my car with the rental - this was such a remarkable perk that she offered and gave me back so much of my valued time. Robert was so helpful and kind when he came to pick it up. Ford Rockwall team clearly works together to ensure customers are greatly satisfied and I could not be happier to have trusted my car with them. Before I knew about Rockwall Ford, I took my car to North Central Ford where I actually bought it and they were very disinterested in providing customer service - stating my car had to be left at the service center for 5 business days before it would even be looked at - they wouldn't even run a test while I was there to diagnose it and help start the process. I am so glad I did not leave it with them and I will never return to North Central Ford - I will always return to Rockwall Ford for future services and purchases. Thank you Rockwall Ford!
