We needed a car but waited till he returned from vacation to buy… Laray makes sure that my family and I get exactly what we need … my daughter-in-law needed a car and he found exactly what she needed…. Did I need a new car? No!!! Did I buy one ? Yes as I saw the Bronco sport calling my name… Laray is not only personable but extremely professional with no pushy sales talk … have sent many to him and will keep doing so….

My car buying experience was great. I accomplished what I set out to do which was buy a car and do so primarily over the phone so I was not subjected to normal dealerships tactics and spending 6 hours at the dealership going back and forth. The salesman (David M.) was fantastic and fought for me not against me. Super professional and attentive to my requests. With everything completed I got a phone call things were approved and ready and upon arrival I was in and out in less than one hour which was great. Highly recommend David and the staff.

I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their reputation but my car had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed so I went to Platinum Ford. They were FABULOUS and Dorian was great. While it was there I had them change the oil and they rotated the tires and even washed the outside. I had mentioned that I thought my transmission was going out and they said it would be about $199 to diagnose and asked me what was happening. We went on a test drive and naturally it didn't "clunk". We came back and Dorian opened the hood and saw that there was some type of hose that had been disconnected from a previous service from someone in Forney. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight and said he thought that might be the problem and suggested I drive it for a bit and see if it happens again. He could have easily taken my money for a diagnostic. Good news, it has been fine so far and they will have my business for their honesty. If and when the transmission goes out, will definitely go there and will be going there for all my future oil changes and needs.
