I have been coming to Rockwall Ford for the past three years. And the service has always been top notch. The service department associate Jerald was very helpful and understood what was needed to service years. And the service has always been top notch. Met by friendly team member and processed quickly. Waiting room very comfortable. It took awhile, but once completed a quick checkout also by original greeter. Waiting room very comfortable. It took awhile, but once completed a quick checkout also by original greeter. More
I am a military jet mechanic and just got xxxxx by Rockwall ford service department. Your mechanics I assume make up how much people pay not your service people and your service guys are to scared to Rockwall ford service department. Your mechanics I assume make up how much people pay not your service people and your service guys are to scared to fix what the mechanic says or buck up against them.probably because they will walk out or not work for that service advisor. Merry Christmas to the mechanic who decide he needed more money for Christmas and good by Rockwall Ford for letting this guy Steal my money. I recently had a disappointing experience with the Rockwall Ford service department. I brought my truck in for service and a few repairs. I was promised that my truck would be ready the next day, but this did not happen and I received my truck back 4 days later. Additionally, I was charged $150 for each item in fees for diagnosing two issues I had requested to be fixed. One of the issues was related to low call volume in the truck, which I paid for despite feeling it was unnecessary. Four days later, I was asked to pay an additional $550 to further investigate the same sound problem. Eventually, the issue was identified as faulty front speakers, which I was told would cost $85 each. I agreed to this, but upon receiving the bill, I was charged $125 per speaker. In total, I was charged almost $1,000 for the two speakers, not including the cost for recalls and an oil change, which brought my total to over $2,500. This experience was particularly frustrating as I had planned to purchase two new vehicles. Ultimately, I decided to buy a new GMC Denali Reserve for my wife from Sewell GMC. It is disappointing to say goodbye to Ford after 30 years and 210,000 miles with my current truck. However, this experience has led me to become a Denali customer going forward. Ozzy was my service rep and he absolutely has no business servicing anyone. He never called or returned the multiple calls I sent or text that he said via text to me original he would return immediately. I’ll be posting my new GMC pics today so management doesn’t things I’m full of it. Your service guy lost two sales not only for the dealership but a 35 year Ford mad and Ford. Update. Our new 80000 plus GMC Denali reserve from Sewell who knows what a customer is. We just replaced our 2023 Mercedes AMG 53 with this GMC truck. Thank you to the Ford assistant manager “Ozzy” for putting your mechanics before your clients interest. You cost Ford and the Rockwall Ford a sale because of your lack of service and stealing my money. Thanks Blake Johnson at Sewell GMC for making us feel appreciated. More
I'm always impressed with all the employees and how they make me feel important and that they truly are happy to help make my experience the best. I trust they treat my vehicle as well as they would treat make me feel important and that they truly are happy to help make my experience the best. I trust they treat my vehicle as well as they would treat their own vehicle. I live closer to 2 other Ford dealerships, but chose to drive to Rockwall, because y'all are better than them. Look forward to my next visit! More
