Good morning, Mr. Hicks, I have not received any attempt from you or your team to address the issues I raised, aside from efforts to improve your poor ratings on social media. The resolution I find acceptable is the termination of the mechanic who failed to diagnose the issue using the fade or balance button, which resulted in a charge of over $700 for diagnostic testing. Additionally, I request the demotion of your assistant manager, Ozzy, back to a service advisor. If these actions are taken, I will remove the negative reviews and consider purchasing an F-250 from your dealership. It is my belief that until management takes responsibility for resolving customer issues as they arise, customers like myself, a disabled veteran, will seek out companies that prioritize and value their customers. Furthermore, I found it insulting when your assistant service manager, Ozzy, attempted to refund me $40 when I was originally quoted $85 and ultimately charged $125.
