Good service on my Truck but slow to get a Service Rep to help you. I drove up and 3 to 4 Rep looked at me but did not come help and know one was doing anything until their boss had to come and to ask "have help you. Rockwall Ford got me in quickly and changed my oil and rotated tires. I also had a seatbelt alarm issue that they checked out. That cost $100 which I wasn't too happy about. Hopefully it works now.
