Unethical business practices and zero accountability. I flew out of state to Dallas specifically to purchase a $40k vehicle from this dealership. I placed a $5,000 deposit on March 10th, but upon arriva I flew out of state to Dallas specifically to purchase a $40k vehicle from this dealership. I placed a $5,000 deposit on March 10th, but upon arrival, the car was in terrible condition. It looked like a DIY project gone wrong, with holes everywhere and a worn-out interior. I immediately canceled the deal and asked for the refund, but I was told that they can't process refund today. Since March 11th, I have been fighting to get my $5,000 back. I’ve followed up 5-6 times and am constantly given the runaround by Danny in sales and Jimmy in finance. I’ve been promised '2-3 business days,' then told to wait until Monday the 16th, and now on the 19th, they claim they might mail a check if don't get, but I can't trust anymore. I have received zero written confirmation of a refund. Avoid this place if you value your time and money. More
