They always do excellent work, stand behind what they do, and—most importantly—the pricing is fair and transparent. No surprise fees, no unnecessary upsells, just honest diagnostics and repairs done right the first time. A huge shout-out to my service advisor Juan—he is absolutely outstanding. Knowledgeable, patient, and he genuinely cares about getting you back on the road safely and quickly. He explains everything clearly, follows up personally, and makes the whole process stress-free. And another great thing is their courtesy vehicle drop-off and delivery service. When you have a busy schedule, having them pick up your car, service it, and bring it back ready to go is a game-changer. It’s little things like that which turn a good dealership into a great one. If you own a Ford needing servicing (see Juan), or are in need of purchase (see JJ), and want dealership-quality service without the typical headaches or inflated prices, Rockwall Ford is the place. I was very disappointed in the service. We had 2 TPMS sensors out and a 3rd was out but came started working again. I wanted to replace all 4 and was told on the phone that there has just We had 2 TPMS sensors out and a 3rd was out but came started working again. I wanted to replace all 4 and was told on the phone that there has just been a price drop and they were $30 each. There was a rear toe link recall that needed to be done and needed to do a coolant flush and fill. I was told the toe links takes 4-5 hours but we should get it back the same day. I dropped it off at 7:30am and confirmed TPMS sensors were $30 each. The next day I got a text saying they found 2 TPMS sensors bad and they can be replaced for like $230!!!! That would be like $460 for 4. What happened to $30 each?? I declined that and and the car was ready at 4:00 the next day. I tested the coolant with a Prestone tester and it tested at -7 degrees, not very close to the -35 it should be at 50:50 so I came back and waited another 1:45 to get the flush and fill redone. Basically, I NEEDED 2 things done (the recall on toe links was not causing any immediate issue but I am glad that is now off of the list) and got NEITHER ONE done. Went to discount tire and got 4 sensore replaced for $272. More
