Scheduled work was good and the service team was very helpful. However, a hail storm that passed through on Monday 5/4 while Group1 had my super duty, sent me home with more than I paid for. Hood on my F helpful. However, a hail storm that passed through on Monday 5/4 while Group1 had my super duty, sent me home with more than I paid for. Hood on my F250 is damaged from large hail in Rockwall and I was told there was nothing they could do. Truck was dent free when I dropped it off. Very upset and I was looking forwards to trading it in on another f250. Not sure of my next action and now looking for options and NOT looking forwards to more $ out of my pocket. More

Good communication and service. My particular situation had special issues with F-10 engine in a Winnebago modified coolant system. A resolution was reached. Did not take advantage of me being a woman. They were very nice and respectful. They really did try to help me with price of my repairs.
