Group 1 Ford of Rockwall

I contacted Greenville ford service for a transmission fluid change/flush and was quoted a price for the service. I then contacted Rockwall ford service and for the exact same service (verified by associ fluid change/flush and was quoted a price for the service. I then contacted Rockwall ford service and for the exact same service (verified by associates at each dealership) Rockwall was $200 cheaper. This is my second trans service and the first one was also $200 less than what Greenville ford wanted. Rockwall ford provided good service and good customer service. My 2 only issues would be I had a 9 am appointment and my vehicle was done until 2:30 pm. I have skid plates on the truck and I found 2 bolts that are for the trans cover very loose More
