Vehicle was not ready when we got there and they knew we were traveling 6 hrs away for the vehicle.I spoke them since Monday and it wasn’t ready by Friday. Scheduled work was good and the service team was very helpful. However, a hail storm that passed through on Monday 5/4 while Group1 had my super duty, sent me home with more than I paid for. Hood on my F helpful. However, a hail storm that passed through on Monday 5/4 while Group1 had my super duty, sent me home with more than I paid for. Hood on my F250 is damaged from large hail in Rockwall and I was told there was nothing they could do. Truck was dent free when I dropped it off. Very upset and I was looking forwards to trading it in on another f250. Not sure of my next action and now looking for options and NOT looking forwards to more $ out of my pocket. More
