Thank you for sharing your experience. I completely understand your frustration. Having your truck at our dealership for nearly 10 weeks, spending close to $3,000, and still having the same concern is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I sincerely apologize for the time, expense, and frustration this has caused. I would personally like to review your repair history and understand why the issue has not been resolved.
