The communication when the service was finished was unclear. I didn’t know what all the abbreviations meant nor the terms used to describe recommended services. I didn’t not trust that things really ne unclear. I didn’t know what all the abbreviations meant nor the terms used to describe recommended services. I didn’t not trust that things really needed doing, since my earlier model of the same car went 10 years without all that service. I am searching fir the manufacturer list of when things should be done. Dealers try to earn $ by selling services early. More

Very disappointed with my service experience at Ford Rockwall\. I dropped off my truck and was told I would receive a call from my service advisor with an update and that I should have my vehicle back t Rockwall\. I dropped off my truck and was told I would receive a call from my service advisor with an update and that I should have my vehicle back that same day\. I never received a call\. The next day, I called and texted with no response\. I had to call three times before I finally reached someone\. What was supposed to be a same\-day service visit turned into a day and a half with almost no communication\. I understand that delays happen, but leaving a customer in limbo with no updates and making them repeatedly call just to find out what is happening with their vehicle is unacceptable\. Communication and follow\-through need significant improvement More
