I dropped of my 2015 F350 and told the sales person the def system is deleted so can you work on it? He said no problem they do it all the time. They plugged into recall computer and it went into limp mode. Then ford said you didn’t tell us it’s deleted. I told management it’s was told to salesman that it was deleted and he said I didn’t tell him. I have no reason to LIE ABOUT THAT! I pickup up truck when they said it’s ready and it was still in limp mode and they said tow it home if you can’t make????? Could not believe I was treated that way and a week before I bought a 2026 car from them for my wife. I will never suggest anyone buy or get service at Group 1 Ford in Rockwall!!!
