What, I had to wait almost 2 weeks and call to check on part, but NOW it can be here the next day??????? I had plans. so I said I will be in on Monday. I show up, part is installed and I am presented with bill. I HAD to remind the service tech that they were going to cover installation, bill was corrected, I paid and left. I thought I made a good decision in buying my car here, but now I seriously wonder....... More

During a very busy time, they were able to coordinate the service time, with the warranty paperwork and a loaner for the 3-days my vehicle was in the shop.
