Fast Fast Service Noticed my headlight was out on Saturday afternoon. Called Rock County Honda and was told if I could come right over they could fit me in. I said I guess I'll have to wait until it is 30 degrees outside and then complain about not getting heat consistently. This is the disappointment part of my title. The reconciled part is when the service manager sent an email asking for my opinion of the service I received. I explained in detail about the inconsistency of my heating & cooling and that I've had the car for more than four years and this is something new. He scheduled an appointment for me to leave the car later in the month for service to check thoroughly for what might be the problem. I'm grateful for that. More
