Paperwork not correct at delivery The paperwork was not correct at delivery. I asked for 3 year loan and it was written for 4 year. I called 1st thing the morning of delivery to confirm these request, so there should have been no excuse for the paperwork to be wrong when the vehicle was picked up. They were accommodating on fixing these issues, but I expected better service. More

For the second time, dealer did not properly torque lugs after wheel rotation. This happened ON TWO CONSECUTIVE wheel rotations! Dealer apologized, and offered only a free rotation to compensate, but has after wheel rotation. This happened ON TWO CONSECUTIVE wheel rotations! Dealer apologized, and offered only a free rotation to compensate, but has not offered any acceptable explanation for returning my vehicle to me in an unsafe condition...twice. Dealer also has not offered any explanation as to how this same issue will be prevented in the future. Will go elsewhere for service. More
