My Experience With Jesse and Robideaux For months I have been looking for a nice used car, every time I went to a dealership (which was several) I found that what I saw online is not what w For months I have been looking for a nice used car, every time I went to a dealership (which was several) I found that what I saw online is not what was in person. Then when I tried to negotiate our continue to look around I was greeted with a cold shoulder and a salesman who wanted no more to do with me. Then I saw my dream car online at Robideaux motors in Hayden and called Jesse Bradly who is the Internet Sales Manager there and set up an appointment later that day. I arrived there fifteen minutes early and Jesse already had the car out and ready for me to look at and examine. He showed me everything about the car and could answer all the different questions I had for him in a very easy and professional way. Jesse and I then did a little negotiating and he gave me a great deal on my ride and continued to take care of me until I drove off the lot. Never expecting to hear from Jesse or Robideaux again I received a handwritten letter thanking me for the business along with a couple phone calls to make sure the car is running well and I still love it. I would recommend Robideaux motors to anyone looking for a new or used car, but I would insist that they asked for Jesse Bradly once they got there and they too could have the amazing service that I received. More

I was thoroughly impressed by how professional and kind the salesman (Jesse Bradley), sales manager (Ryan Schlechte), and finance manager(Rick Roth) were throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was when we got back from the test drive I expected that we would go inside and start the game of going back and forth but to my surprise they were very calm and didn't push me into anything. Most of the dealerships I have been to in search of a car they were very high pressure almost to the point of bending my arm into buying the car. NOT THESE GUYS AT ROBIDEAUX MOTORS. I said I wanted to think on it and they said ok, not a problem. I came back the next day and purchased my car from them. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership. They will not regret it. Don't waste your time anywhere else. This is the place to go! They're service department is just as good as their sales staff. Very satisfied. More

I went into Robideaux motors and was greeted by a salesman that was extremely helpful and really cared to show me the vehicles that I was interested in and worked out for my budget. He did a great job with out being pushy or anything else we expect. He was very knowledgable about inventory and all the products. This is my first good review I have ever written but he deserves it. "Greg Tiemeyer" was an awesome salesperson, it felt like I was buying from someone I had known for a long time. Thank you for the great experience, I will be back for sure and will tell all my friends and family. If you have had a bad experience in the past, give Greg a try!! More
I called the dealership from Las Vegas Nv. They had a 1990 Buick Reatta online with 14,000 miles. Car was described as Like New. I asked about the CarFax and was told the CarFax had nothing negative abou 1990 Buick Reatta online with 14,000 miles. Car was described as Like New. I asked about the CarFax and was told the CarFax had nothing negative about the car.I almost sent the money, but decided to check the CarFax myself, CarFax showed the car had been issued a salvage title in 1991 in New Jersey. Car went to Washington where the title was washed and a title issued without the salvage. The dealership had an Idaho title that did not show the Salvage. The dealership is trying to sell this car as a low mileage cream puff and they have a copy of the CarFax showing it had been issued a Salvage title in New Jersey In 1991. This is a fraudulent dealership. Stay away, don't buy here, if you do you will be sorry. More

Then send them out on the lot. (BUYER BEWARE) BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU ALONG WITH DEEP POCKETS.....TO PAY FOR ALL THE THINGS WRONG WITH THE CARS!!!! DAY ONE AFTER THE SALE, WIPER PUMP, THAT EVENING HAD TO REPLACE THE FUSES PULLED ,COULDN'T SEE ALL. WARNING LIGHTS. DAY TWO NOTHING BUY EXCUSES AND RUN AROUND. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOW ON. DAY THREE, OTHER CAR, WE BOUGHT 2. REAR WINDOW FELL DOWN, (BROKEN) REAR WHEELS MAKING NOISE, AND NOW TRANS IS MAKING NOISE. I JUST HOPE THE OWNER SLEEPS WELL AT NIGHT ,KNOWING HIS TEAM SCREWED OVER A 66 YEAR OLD LADY ,THAT HAD BRAIN SURGERY, ALL SHE WANTED WAS A COUPLE OF DEPENDABLE AUTO. More
We submitted information to get a loan they told us it'd take 2 hours to process after 2 and a half hours of waiting and no phone call we went back to see what was going on. Turns out they hadn't even submitted it yet and that we would have to wait 2 MORE HOURS, while we were waiting inside we noticed the guy that was supposed to be doing the paper work was talking, messing around taking his sweet time. Not only was the waiting frustrating we got transferred salesman to salesman. They didn't even act like they wanted out bussiness. I would recommend that NO ONE buy a car from here! Who knows how they treat their "customers" if something goes wrong with the car and we need their help. Worst customer service ever. Wal Mart is better than this. More

I was Casey's first sale, he treated me with courtesy and was very helpful. He didn't hustle or push me to make the sale; he made himself available for questions and appointments, kept in contact with me by telephone, and he was extremely professional in his business dealings with me. I feel that Casey has a bright future with Robideaux Motors and I feel honored to have been his first sale. Additionally, Rick and Ryan were very nice to deal with and were very professional in their interactions with me as well. Rick took the time to visit with me a bit, and made the transaction even more enjoyable with his willingness to interact directly with the customer even though it was Casey's sale. Ryan was very professional and adept at arranging financing, and I enjoyed working with him as well. I would definitely return to Robideaux Motors for another vehicle purchase in the future, and I will recommend the dealership to friends and business associates. More
