That is speaking from the experience of 20+ new deliveries for family & business from Roberts & Wood River over 26 years. Ryan and Curtis made sure I got all the discounts and rebates I was entitled to on an ordered unit. There were hiccups in recent years in service/sales that drove 2 sales elsewhere but those personal are now gone and things are back to customer orientation under difficult inventory circumstances. Service, mostly Shannon, made sure my trade-in was in top condition before hand and Ryan got my new truck in beautiful condition before I arrived. We've always counted on your service department and that has resulted in several new sales over the years. Sad part was the accessory that Ford had to delete and the minuscule price reduction for that. A sign of the times I guess. Thanks to you, Ryan, Curtis, Tony, Shannon & Mike for making this a low stress successful vehicle trade. I don't do social media so couldn't reply that way. The purchasing and trade in decisions were ours alone with no pressure from the Robert’s team. This is he 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Roberts Ford and I travel 50 miles one way for them to service my vehicle. I've always been confident in their service. I recently had my the oil changed on y vehicle on a Tuesday and Friday my engine light came on. Of course being a holiday weekend, they weren't open. Tuesday I'll be at their door to check out. I went in for an oil change and waited at the dealer. I was surpried to find no hand sanitizer in the waiting room and no sanitizing sheets to wipe surfaces on the chairs or tables. Also, when the work was completed, I was sent to find my car out on the lot instead of it being at the service bay check-in/payment counter for me. After all, I did wait for the service, I didn't leave the dealer. It's not like I showed up later for pickup. Then, when I finally found my car and was ready to leave, a FedEx delivery truck blocked my way, so I had to wait for them to find the pkg and deliver it inside. I realize that's not the dealer's fault, but it was just the last straw. I guess I'm just grateful it wasn't raining! With my previous car, I've had service performed at a local Dodge dealer and never had to go any farther than the payment counter to leave in my car. More
