Guy Kasper was our initial contact at the dealer ship and followed up on our inquiry. We came back to see what he found and it seemed to fit what we were looking for. We then got to the pricing and it was followed up on our inquiry. We came back to see what he found and it seemed to fit what we were looking for. We then got to the pricing and it was with the range so we came to an agreement. This all transpired without anyone seeing our old coach and going off of our memories of it. When we came to switch coaches and did the walk through we found more damage than we had remembered on the ceiling panels. We had a couple of changes to make on the bed and removal of the washer drier. All said and done we were happy with the results and the treatment we received from everyone. After we left we got a call from the parts dept. telling us we had been over charged for a couple of items and that they would sending us a check for the difference. We are happy. More
