We had a number of questions regarding RV ownership? One dealership was great in showing us used RV's but "didn't know" on many of our questons. Another dealership didn't answer our questions, but wanted to sell us a new RV. Joe welcomed us warmly, listened carefully and answered our questions fully. He showed us several RV's with no pressure of any kind. When we returned a couple of days later, Joe encouraged us to take our time in looking at RV's, which we did.
