I attended the RV show on 2/16/ My name is Jack Olson I purchased a new 2013 Open Range Roamer 367BHS fifth wheel from Robert Crist RV on 3/2/2013. I attended the RV show on 2/16/2013, and spent the next two weeks comparing the quality of several brands of trailers. From construction, down to the cabinet hinges, and trim. The Open Range trailers are among the best built of all the brands I compared. The salesman, Joe Rosten, was very helpful right from the start. He let us look without being any pressure, and when I was ready to ask questions, he was more helpful, and knowledgable about the Trailers. He found the one I wanted, still in Indiana at the manufacturer, and never tried to sell me a different one on hand instead, like most places would. He followed up with me regularly. The finance dept, Rob Crist Jr., was honest and helpful in explaining the price, terms and worked to get me the interest rate and payment i was comfortable with, and on the exact trailer we wanted. We are VERY pleased with our new fifth wheel, and would highly recomend Robert Crist RV to anyone who wants a no pressure, smooth sale experiance.
