The attention Ryan gave us made us feel and treated us like we were purchasing the most expensive RV on the lot. Ryan personally tended to our every need and concern. There where a few issues with our pre-owned unit, Ryan proved not only to be a knowledgeable salesman but is quite a knowledgable and good service tech as well. He kept every promise he made to use. Ryan assured us that he would make sure every system in our pre-owned fifth would work, he personally ran every system himself, made sure that it was clean to perfection, even had a new RV Smell to it, he made sure every light worked inside and out. He even fixed the oven door. And made sure the heater got fixed after he tested it an found it would not light. Ryan even set up my new OEM RAM fifth wheel hitch the way I wanted it, so I don't have to remove my tailgate. He even got the tools and personally helped me torqued the bolts. The trailer was fully prepped and tested by Steve and he walked us through each and every function of the trailed and showed us hands on that each feature worked and the how to make them work. ( this walk through with instructions by Steve is PRICELESS ! ) He was patient and answered every question we had sometimes more than once.. We knew what our price range was and what we wanted in a motorhome. Several other dealers tried to push us into RVs that far were above what we wanted to spend ($30K above!). Another dealer went so far as to say what we were looking for was not available anywhere! When we arrived at Robert Crist Ron Cleland listened to our wish list and price range and worked with us to find the perfect RV for our family! He showed us a variety of options and was very helpful while not being pushy. We are so happy with our RV! The whole purchase process was so easy. It felt very straight forward and honest. No sleazy sales tricks or wasting time. We went from first meeting to purchase in about 90 minutes. The service department was also wonderful. Steve performed our walk through with us and explained everything to us and gave us some great tips. When we got our 2006 used RV home we noticed the next day the engine light came on and it was a bit more difficult to start. We called right away and Robert Crist got us back in the next day. The service department was really professional, they kept us up to date with the progress from the diagnostic to the repair and they even had it completed in time for us to make our planned trip! I have zero complaints, we were really happy with everyone we worked with from Ron Cleland, to Ron in financing to everyone in service! More
