Purchase from Bryan was flawless. Camper was prepped and ready for delivery as promised. When we ran into a problem during our first camping trip with the camper the service department, Rick and Steve, were on the issue and resolved it in a timely fashion. I caution anyone who buys from Robert Crist RV (Mesa AZ location) to be very, very cautious if they buy from this dealer. Indeed, they were very friendly during all the buying process, with promises to ha location) to be very, very cautious if they buy from this dealer. Indeed, they were very friendly during all the buying process, with promises to have the RV ready for inspection and pickup. On the day and time of scheduled pickup, they hadn't yet inspected it and we waited for three hours while they did it. On our orientation they showed us everything in the RV and how it all worked. We went to our first night in it and found the freezer-fridge didn't work. They came and worked on it the next day and left without fixing it. We brought in into the dealer the following day and had it in their shop for 8 hours, leaving that night with a "fixed" freezer-fridge that again didn't work. We've gotten nothing but run-around from the dealer and it's now five weeks to the day we've owned it. From Robert Crist RV's view, it's a warranty issue--from our point of view, we never did receive the RV, because it was defective when we received it. Don't expect much help from Robert Crist RV if you have a warranty issue. More

Gave the service department 5 stars last year, if I could give them 6 stars this year I would. Gave them a long list to do this year, they ran down my list and not only took care of needed repairs, but told give them 6 stars this year I would. Amazing! I moved to Mesa Arizona with high Hope's, however apartments are very expensive. So I had to think outside the box. I went Rober Crist and company. Do not recommend at all. If you do not heed the advice of the others that are warning you, and you do purchase an RV from them, do not give them all the money up front. Hold 25% so they will have an incentive to do what they say they would do. I drove away in a coach that was boerderline dangerous, because in four months they couldn’t find time to fix it. He didn't offer my money back, store credit nothing! Why were you selling such a crappy product to begin with and not backing up the fact it did break before it was installed or even used?
