Excellent experience at Robert Brogden Buick GMC. Dominik had the car I was interested in pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived at the dealership. Lacey took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything in detail, making sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Unlike other service agents who may rush through the process, Lacey kept me updated every step of the way, even during the wait. She explained the necessary steps in simple terms and helped me understand what would come next, along with a cost estimate. Lacey’s passion for what she does is clear and it's a game-changer and that’s something you can’t fake. She truly cares about the customer experience and it makes all the difference. She is the kind of person who makes customers feel truly valued and that’s something rare.
