I brought my vehicle in for a tire change. The compressor that powers the tire changing equipment went down so they arranged to take the vehicle to another shop to get the job done. When that took a little longer than anticipated, Aurora arranged for a quick "loaner" so I could make another appointment and the vehicle was ready when I got back. Personal were nice. This was supposed to be a complimentary check over of the new vehicle. I informed them that the front passenger's would lock like it sensed an acc This was supposed to be a complimentary check over of the new vehicle. I informed them that the front passenger's would lock like it sensed an accent and required the passenger unlatch the buckle and reinsert.. The next day on our trip home it locked up three times. No information about the condition of the car was mentioned even when I asked. This was not a Service Appoint, it was a complimentary that the dealer asked for. No one seemed to know what was checked or even what it was. More
