Lies about actually inspecting things. They inspect nothing. Takes 90 minutes to change oil, even with an appointment. I asked them to order a part 9 months ago. Still waiting. Follow up calls resulted nothing. Takes 90 minutes to change oil, even with an appointment. I asked them to order a part 9 months ago. Still waiting. Wonderful experience. Been having the “Chevy shake” 6.2L transmission issue for months and I’ve visited numerous dealers and mechanics, all the no avail. That is, until I visited Robert Brogden, not only we transmission issue for months and I’ve visited numerous dealers and mechanics, all the no avail. That is, until I visited Robert Brogden, not only were they all super helpful, they fixed the issue with a double transmission flush and was able to get it covered under my power train warranty! Highly recommend! More
