My (certified) vehicle has been in the shop more than at my home since purchased from Robert Brogden. Their is a total lack of communication that is like a plague that has spread to EVERY single person with my home since purchased from Robert Brogden. Their is a total lack of communication that is like a plague that has spread to EVERY single person within the dealership. Phil Skid the GM has dodged our calls and emails for two weeks even after the service manager told us she has personally reminded him twice. The level of tacky unprofessionalism knows no bounds. I can't even begin to scratch the surface of how badly we were treated on all levels and how many issues we have had. My first clue should have been the parking lot full of employees leaning on the building chain smoking cigarettes by the service exit. I had to watch my vehicle be towed out of my driveway twice in one weeks time. It was humiliating. My husband is in management in the industry and he's stunned. The employees at my husbands dealership would all be fired if they treated a customer that way. Some of our issues have been addressed but some still have not. While my vehicle was last in they scratched the back window so now we have to go in yet again. Honestly I'm hesitant because of the level of incompetency that exists. I think one of the most repulsive moments to date was the 2nd loaner car they brought us to use. It was filthy and covered in cigarette ashes inside. We found multiple things in the vehicle but the most disgusting of them was a set of used childrens fake press on fingernails (Frozen themed) in the cupholder. Surfaces were sticky and crumb covered. In the time of covid I was utterly shocked. I took over ten pictures to document it. I'm hoping our issues are teken care of in full soon so that I do not ever have to step foot in here again. More
