I have been going to Robert Brogden Buick GMC for at least the last 10 years. It is with great pleasure to now take my vehicle there to get service. A few years ago their service was below average. Tried to sell $850 of "routine" maintenance to me at 45k miles. Upon looking at owner's manual, service is only for "severe" driving conditions, which was not mentioned during vehicle check in. Upon picking up vehicle, I was told they were pulling it up, but after waiting 10 mins, I decided to walk down the parking lot and get the vehicle myself. When I went in to get the set of keys I had left with them, I had to listen to the guy back behind the counter (who I saw do absolutely nothing during my time there) make a snarky comment about how I was being impatient. I have been to Brogden multiple times for service, and it has become clear there focus is on money and not customer service. More

had 7am appointment. Didn't get in until 7:10. Got done is 40min, great. Said I need new tires but no direction on tire warranty from Continental. Called back and said I Didn't get in until 7:10. Biggest issue I have is tech's seem to have an attitude to get rid of you as fast as they can instead of waning to help. This is not the first time I've been treated this way. I've leased two cars from RB and don't know why I did the second one with you. My brother n law works for GM as a union employed dealer rep. He has told me on more than once RB consistently get poor service review. I'm going to buy this car out right at the end of the lease. I will never do business with RB again. Not that anyone will care because that seems to be the feeling I get every time I'm in the dealership. Not trying to be mean just honest, Nate More
