Bought a certified used GMC Sierra. I love the truck but identified issues with it through the sales process like a missing 2nd key, dent on the tailgate with chipped paint and the day I brought it home, a identified issues with it through the sales process like a missing 2nd key, dent on the tailgate with chipped paint and the day I brought it home, a "shift to park" issue where the truck won't recognize it is in park and the accessory will stay on (already causing a battery to fry and have to have it towed... $700 later, still an issue). All of these items were promised to be fixed by the sales guy, Pres. He said they would call in a few weeks to schedule service.. Crickets. I reached out to him, he passed the buck and ignored me. Finally got it in to service and now that it is passed the mileage to be covered under warranty, they will not take care of what was promised to be taken care of. When I asked the sales guy for this stuff in writing, his response was "Pres will take care of you"... Yeah, great job taking care of me. Update: Spoke with Paul the General Sales Manager multiple times, he is working with service on a resolution. Although I still had to shell out another $500 to fix the "shift to park" issue that should have been taken care of, they are rectifying the other issues. More
