Very odd service encounter with no positive result. Our A/C was blowing warm air that coincided with the outside temperature gauge incorrectly indicating the outside temperature was anywhere from twent Our A/C was blowing warm air that coincided with the outside temperature gauge incorrectly indicating the outside temperature was anywhere from twenty to fifty degrees colder than the actual correct temperature. This was happening since at least February, if not longer. We took are car to have the A/C serviced and were told there is nothing wrong with it and no work was going to be serviced, was just reiterated that there was nothing wrong. I then informed service about the temperature gauge malfunction on the onboard screen, that the warm air blows when this reading goes towards freezing, or even below zero, when actually it is warm to very warm outside. I also researched this on the web and turns out this is a common problem that aligned with every car symptom we experienced. When I informed service of the temperature issue ( hoping this info could help with a possible diagnosis) we were told they would replace an 'ambient temperature sensor' but will only do so as a 'gamble' and it might not fix the A/C issue. Well gamble has not paid off. In fairness I must mention the A/C has improved about 50%, but it still has issues when the outside temperature reading still plummets to zero or below and at times disappears entirely. So in conclusion, we felt we had to 'gamble' or no service would be done and yes, we really need our air conditioner. Are there not qualified technicians who now how to fix an air conditioner? Worst part is the eight dollar part that we 'gambled' on needed $350 labor to install and did not even fix the outside temperature reading. So, we 'gambled' and the air conditioner is only partially improved but the least important factor, the reading of the outside temperature on the onboarding screen, still does not work and disappears altogether at times. 0 for 2, I guess. Also this is not a review of the employees personally, never has that been a big issue and they are friendly. Moving forward my Wife and I wonder if we just aren't important to Brogden,and if so, I guess we will have to find another Buick dealership and hope for the best. Been doing business with them around fifteen years. More
Very disappointed in the service regarding an extended service contract. The 5-6 week time frame to get it corrected has turned into over 20 weeks and the issue is not resolved. 23 phone calls, 7 emails, service contract. I like the new vehicle, but not the dealership experience. I will probably go back to my old Ford dealership when the time comes to get another vehicle. More
Overall very satisfied with visit. I didn't like the check in, though. Service technician was unfriendly, acted rushed, didn't introduce herself, didn't care to know my name, acted ups I didn't like the check in, though. When picking up my car, it was different. Different associate checked me out. Forgot her name, but was at second check in station from the front. Very friendly, made up for the check in. After the check in, I was not going to return to this facility. After check out, I changed my mind and will return. Also, not sure why we have to fill out anything on the on line appointment concerning why bringing car in. Check in tech had no record of it, so had to go over everything again. Communication with me over the phone after check in was very good. I think everything was fixed during the visit, but it is too early to know. Seems very good so far. Very pleased with how fast diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. More

It may be hard to believe, but I actually LOVE Brogden's Service Department. I drop my vehicle off, they do their magic and I pick up a FIXED vehicle. It's as easy as that!
