The manager (Aaron) also greeted us in person to assure we had the information we needed to make an informed decision. The individual who reviewed the purchase documents with us during the purchasing process was also very friendly (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) and even thanked me as a customer for my profession. He allowed time for my review of the documents and took his time to explain the answers to any of my questions, even reviewing my understanding to assure I had no additional questions.
