UPDATE - I went into the dealership Nov 5th to discuss the issues with my 2021 Yukon Denali. They wanted to work with me make things right. They ordered a new one for me, and put me into another one, un the issues with my 2021 Yukon Denali. They wanted to work with me make things right. Purchased a 2021 Yukon Denali in June. It's been in their shop twice. The problem has not been fixed. I need to take it back yet again. The sales manager asked me to come in and test drive a similar SUV and I did. He was busy and spoke to me briefly. The customer service is poor once you have purchased a vehicle there. More
